We assess faults in existing n8n workflows: missing or incorrectly mapped data, repeated records and failed handoffs between connected services. A fit check determines whether your particular issue is within scope.

One failing path, up to two connected services, and work that fits a four-hour delivery estimate. You receive the corrected workflow, agreed test results, setup and rollback notes, and one correction to satisfy the original acceptance criteria. Applicable VAT is additional; the final total is confirmed before agreement.

The target is two business days after complete inputs and an agreed start date. This is a target, not an unconditional deadline. Access delays, external service failures or a wider fault can change the estimate; timing is agreed before work begins.

Tell us the connected tools, the failing step, what should happen and what happens instead. A screenshot and fictional input/output example are useful. Remove API keys, tokens, personal data, private URLs, request headers and pinned data. Check workflow exports before sharing them.

The pilot starts with an isolated copy and preserves the original. Production access and live deployment require a separately agreed change. The initial fit check does not need production credentials.

No blanket guarantee is possible. Duplicate prevention depends on the source event, retries and the destination’s capabilities. The design and acceptance tests must reflect your system. Our synthetic demo uses duplicate protection in a local CRM simulator.

No. A fit-check request creates no payment obligation. Seller details, scope, acceptance criteria, total price and terms are confirmed before any contract.

New systems, larger rebuilds, hosting, third-party fees and ongoing support are outside this pilot. We assess a wider request separately rather than silently expanding the agreed work.
